The 2025 International Rubber and Plastics Exhibition has come to a successful conclusion and has received orders from many enterprises

During the four-day 2025 International Rubber and Plastics Exhibition, Zhejiang Taizhou Xingfeng Machinery Co., Ltd. showcased its complete technical chain of "sheet extruder - vacuum forming machine - servo punch press - fully automatic vacuum forming production line", receiving over 280,000 visitors.

Sheet extrusion: Three-screw four-layer co-extrusion, can be divided into two colors, adopts infrared heating technology, supports degradable materials such as PP, PE, PLA and their crushed materials.

Vacuum forming: Full servo upper mold for precise tablet pressing, up to 60 molds per minute, significantly enhancing production efficiency.

Servo punch press: Backflushing design, with exclusive correction invention patent, precise sheet feeding, accurate punching and cutting, and automatic stacking and counting of finished products.

All designs are independently developed, customized according to customer needs, seizing market opportunities first.
